Question 1

What is The Fear Code™?

Accepted Answer

A biology-based decision-clarity framework created by Ann Steffen Sommer, PA-C. It teaches you to tell Kind Fear 1, the instant signal that protects you, from Unkind Fear 2, the learned, looping fear that distorts your decisions.

Question 2

How is this different from leadership coaching?

Accepted Answer

Coaching hands you a strategy. You were given a strategy for your problem when you needed a diagnosis, a plan, and a cure. Ann finds the pattern, names it, and removes it. Then strategy finally works.

Question 3

Who is Ann’s work for?

Accepted Answer

High performers, entertainers, and high-profile decision makers whose choices move money, companies, and families. People who look successful but feel stuck, overthinking, or stalled on a decision they can’t take back. Also couples and business partners.

Question 4

I’m an advisor. How do I bring Ann in for a client?

Accepted Answer

Use the application and choose “A client I advise.” With your client’s permission, Ann keeps you in the loop. She works alongside you, never around you.

Question 5

Do I need to start with private advisory?

Accepted Answer

No. Start with the book, or take the Fear Signature™ quiz when it launches. Private Advisory is for when the stakes are high and the timing matters.
